We built ApplyPilot because most cover-letter tools produce generic, fill-in-the-blanks text that a hiring manager has read a thousand times. ApplyPilot reads the actual job ad, mirrors its key requirements, and writes in plain Australian English — so the letter sounds like you on a good day, not like a template.

What ApplyPilot will and won't write

ApplyPilot will draft a complete, professional cover letter from the details you provide. It will not invent jobs, employers, qualifications or measurable results it cannot see — it leans on the experience you enter. You should always review and personalise the letter before sending it, and confirm the role's details with the employer.

How your data is handled

Your cover letter and job ad are sent to the AI model only to generate the letter, and the text is returned to your browser — we do not store the letter or the job ad. To enforce the free daily limit, we record a hashed version of your IP address and a timestamp, plus the job title you entered. No account is required to start. If you subscribe to Pro, billing is handled by Stripe under their privacy and security standards.
