- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt email, at any time, no questions asked.
- What happens after the 7-day trial?
- Your card is charged $7.99 AUD for the monthly plan (or $59 for annual) at the end of the trial. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Do you store my cover letters?
- No. Letters are generated on demand and returned to your browser. We only store a hashed IP and a timestamp to enforce the free daily limit.
- Is the free tier really free?
- Yes — three cover letters per day, no sign-up required. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited letters and export.
